Hux will bring extensive financial leadership expertise in sustainability and technology to UPSIDE, having previously served as CFO for Manus Bio and leading sustainable and clean technology investment banking practices at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and Marathon Capital. Shah, on the other hand, joined UPSIDE in 2021 and has since spearheaded the development and expansion of its supply chain and manufacturing operations. His achievements include strategic sourcing and cost reduction efforts, overseeing engineering and production, and planning for manufacturing at a commercial scale. These appointments reflect UPSIDE’s commitment to assembling a strong team to drive scalability and financial discipline in the company.
